Hi Rosie!! I recently heard about you and your adventure when we were cycling the Alaska Highway - seems you left quite an impact on the people there! We are a family traveling on bicycles from Prudhoe Bay on the Artic Ocean down to Tierra del Fuego, the southern tip of South America. I have to say our journey is a fair sight easier than yours - we have bikes! But we do have two ten-year-old boys with us... Anyway, I'm enjoying reading through your site and wish you all the best!! Congratuations on your accomplishment!! Nancy www.familyonbikes.org |

Dear Rosie, I've read your book Rosie (Rosie Darling and Children of Cape Horn) I really love your stories. Children of Cape Horn (in Dutch Met de kinderen rond Kaap Hoorn) is such an inspiration to me. I hope I can make the same trip one day with my own husband and children. Goodluck with your runningtrip around the world. Fghting against cancer needs more attention! Cancer is a terrible thing. Love, Martje (Hoorn - Noord Holland - The Netherlands) |
