Rosie, you have never met me and I am so moved by your mission. My friend from Glasgow emailed me to tell me you are running past where I live right now. people are emailing each other about you all over Britain - do you realise what an impact you are having on women all over britain? You are inspiring women all around the world! So I had to let you know. You look absolutely amazing probably because you are amazing! I am going to come to cheer you on tonight Friday and on Monday, you may be surrounded by people all cheering - you won't see me. I will be there, just one of those hundreds of people, watching you, full of admiration and pride for your achievement wanting to give you a big hug. The thing is - not only has the last five years been life changing for you, I know that your incredible journey will continue to inspire all people of all ages who hear about you for years to come - that the human spirit is strong when it needs to be - and that we can achieve great things for the good of many - not just for ourselves. Last year I cycled from Lands End to John O'Groats, for Cancer Research, I understand (and am humbled by) your endeavour.I would love to meet you when things have settled down for you. I have just moved to Eglwyswrw. I draw maps, I could draw a map for you of your journey! Hope your legs hold out for these last few miles, you wonderful amazing incredible woman. I wish you all the love in the world.- i hope the sun comes out for you as you are a shining beacon for everyone. Lisa Hellier (lisa.hellier@btinternet.com)

For all of you following Rosie Swale-Pope around the world. Rosie telephoned me this morning at 8.45am to let us all know that she is in fine fettle and is some 10 miles north of Narberth and about 18 miles from her journey's end. She asked me to inform all of her supporters followers and sponsors - everyone that she is so glad that she has been able to continue on foot after her short stay at Withybush Hospital where she was looked after by all the staff there and where they decided that she had a stress fracture of one of her bones below her hip. I had arranged with John Harris, one of our Welsh Wheelchair Olympic Champions, to make available his special titanium wheelchair for Rosie to use should she find it difficult to continue on foot for which she is extremely grateful. However for those of you who have met Rosie and spent some time with her you will all realise what strength of character she has. The message is 'I am fine and some 18 miles from the end in Tenby and I look forward to seeing many of you there in Tenby on Bank Holiday Monday 25th August' GOD BLESS YOU ROSIE and well done Dr Glyn Jones and don't forget the repeat of my Radio Programme with Rosie on Sunday 24th August at 12 noon on www.radoceredigion.net -press listen to us live button -some welsh but mainly in english

Hey! I met Rosie last night (Thurs) in pembrokeshire. She said she'd only come out of hospital the day before and askd my sisters boyfriend for some help to make sure she'd be ok walking down a hill. She was going to stay at ours that night but was so determined to carry on as far as she could that night!! We hope to go and see her finish on Monday, as she asked us to go and want to show our support to her! Good Luck and Well Done!! Vicky xxx
