Dear Rosie, Just read about the stress fractures and can't quite believe it.....you must have been in a lot of pain and just kept on going. I trust the pain is relieved by now. I wonder if they can put splints on fractures like this that can last a few days to Tenby? My prayers and love to you..... |

Hi, On Friday 15th August, we were travelling from Milford Haven to North Wales, for a weekend trip to the Welsh Mountain Zoo. We were so fortunate to see Rosie on her way home somewhere in between Aberwystwyth and Cardigan. Unfortunately, due to the lorry ahead of us we did not see Rosie until she was by our side and then behind us. We are so sorry, all we managed was a pathetic wave. If we had seen you in time or been able to stop safely we would have given you the cheers, claps, hurrahs and beeps of support that you so rightly deserve. We shall have to save them for the 25th! Everyone in Pembrokeshire and Wales and all over are so proud of your remarkable achievements! Seeing you during your travels made our weekend and inspired us forever! We did keep a look out for you today on our return lol but you are now heading for Tenby! All the best for the remainder of your journey! with love and sincere best wishes, Margaret, Claire, Danny and Rebecca xxxx |

My nephew and I saw Rosie crossing Tregaron Bridge towards Penparcau in Aberystwyth on the evening of Tuesday 12th August 2008 at around 6.00pm. We were amazed at the size of the container she pulls along behind her - what an astounding woman!! |
