Dear Rosie, I came across your story on the BBC Wales New pages online, the fact that you are running to raise money for prostate cancer caught my attention in particular. Mainly because I recently lost one of my dearest wonderful friends who was a second father to me to that awful disease and since his death I have been determined to do everything I can to make a mens with those I have fallen out of touch with because life is too short! You're story has inspired me to do something even greater than just re-build bridges with people...I am determined to follow you lead and go around the world without the use of 'public transport' I think cycling might be the way I would do it though. Thank you for your unwavering ambition and inspiration, all the bet for the last leg and I hope the ribs fix quickly (i know what that feels like) All the best Chloe (Pembs)

Dearest Rosie, What a shame about your poor ribs - do heal well and take it easy for a while. You have done magnificently! We are all waiting for your arrival in Scotland and send you our love, from Liza at Ecologia Youth Trust and Kitezh Children's Community, Russia

Dear Rosie ... with your courage and stamina, several broken ribs are probably the ONLY things that could slow you down for a few days!!! We hope your recovery is swift and complete, but I think all of us who are following your valiant journey feel that you deserve a little pampering now, so please just enjoy it! How wonderful that your new friends there found you at the right time and knew exactly what you needed! To quote Robert Blair (1699-1747) "Friendship! mysterious cement of the soul! Sweet'ner of life! and solder of society!" Very best wishes from Irvin and Norma Cowan at Vegreville, Alberta - home of the world's largest Easter egg.

Broken ribs can be so sore - I know.....please don't re-start your journey until the doc says it's ok. I do want to see the films of you dancing your way into Tenby! Glad that this hiccup happened near such a beautiful place - thanks, Rosie for the lovely written descriptions. May God bless you as you rest, and as you journey on.

Dear Rosie, I have only briefly read about you in the news and really admire your courage and strength. I will now keep you in my prayers and pray for your quick healing and wellbeeing. I am so sorry you had to suffer from this fall. I am a almost 58 year old lady, now happily married to a man who lost his wife du to cancer some years ago. Your endurance amaises me and I can only say at this moment that I think your long joureny must be inspiring so many people. If I was anywhere near to you I would invite you for a hot supe, but I live near the international airport in Keflavik. I wish you all the very best and God bless you and keep you safe. Love from Thordis Malmquist
