Dear Rosie I do hope that you had an enjoyable Easter. As a holiday we celebrate with our families here in Canada you and you family are very much in our thoughts and prayers. You have such a wonderful family who have, for almost five years so generously shared their mother/grandmother with people all over the world. We worry about you and the conditions you are exposed to and wait with eager anticipation for your travel updates. The waiting is difficult for us and I can’t begin to imagine what it must be like for your son and daughter as they wait for you to contact them. Their hours of waiting must seem like days. They are obviously very courageous people just like their mother. You are proof that a woman, supported by her family can make an incredible difference in the lives of those you touch and you Rosie are an incredible force that has touched millions of us. I do hope the Icelandic weather gods smile favorably upon you as you challenge and overcome those mountains through which you are traveling. I believe that with so many of us praying and cheering you on that it will help to keep you safe and home in Tenby with your family before you know it. |
